Reiki Practitioner

You might have found your way here because something feels a little out of balance...
or because you're holding more than you'd like to carry on your own.
Reiki is a gentle, supportive practice that allows the body and mind to soften and settle, creating space to rest and quiet restoration.I don't see myself as someone who heals others. Instead, I hold a calm and steady space where you can reconnect with yourself in a way that feels natural and unforced, allowing Reiki to flow where it needs to.I offer distance Reiki sessions, held with care and intention, to support you wherever you are.
Each session is simple, gentle and led by you. There is nothing you need to do- only an initiation to pause, receive and rest.

Working with me.

Reiki is offered as a distance session, so we don't need to be in the same physical space to connect. At an agreed time, I will gently open our Reiki space and hold a calm and steady presence for you. There is nothing you need to do, only to be, in whatever way feels most comfortable. You might choose to rest, lay down, or simply move through your evening quietly. There is no right or wrong way to receive.
You might choose to set a quiet intention beforehand, but there is no pressure. Arriving as you are is enough.
Session are often received in the evening, allowing space to soften and unwind, sometimes followed by a restful night's sleep.Afterward, your experience can continue to unfold gently. You're always welcome to share, but there is no expectation. This is a space without pressure or performance- Just a gentle return to yourself.

The person behind the work.

I've always felt drawn to the quieter spaces... the kind where things don't need to be rushed or explained too quickly.Reiki came into my life at a time when I needed to slow down. Not in a dramatic way, but in a way that asked me to listen more closely, to my body, my thoughts, and the pace I was moving through the world. At that time, life felt quite full. There was a sense of chaos and a lot of holding things together, wanting to be in control and also wanting to be the best version of myself as I stepped into motherhood.Reiki offered something different. Not more to do or get right but a space to soften, to let go a little and to be met without expectation.Over time, it became something I came back to again and again. A quiet support and a way of returning to a steadier place within myself.Supporting others has always felt important to me and sharing this practice feels like a natural extension of that. Not to change or fix anything but to offer a space where you can simply be, and receive what you need in your own way. This is the space I hold, gently and with care.

A quiet note from me.

From time to time, I'll share quiet reflections, session availability and gentle updates.
No noise, no pressure, just shared when it feels meaningful.
